There’s nothing worse than losing your sense of direction.
When we forget why we get up in the morning, a part of us quietly fades. Like a light going out invisible to others, but impossible to ignore when we pay attention.
After nearly ten years in a corporate environment, I could no longer remember how or why I’d ended up there.
I felt that slow, creeping dissatisfaction. The kind that isn’t painful enough to spark immediate change, but unsettling enough to keep you awake at night.
I kept looking for the next goal, the next challenge that would give me a temporary sense of motivation and accomplishment for a few months.
I waited for the next trip across the world to get perspective, convincing myself that my comfortable lifestyle mattered too much to question.
But above everything else, I always carried a deep conviction that I could do better.
So I started exploring what “better” actually meant for me.
I took a first step, then another and those steps turned into a full exploration. My own little adventure. I stopped walking down someone else’s path, and suddenly everything became more exciting.
I became a professional coach, after a lifetime spent naturally coaching others without even naming it as it is.
There are probably a thousand ways to define coaching, and it took me a long time to find my own.
For me, coaching is a unique space. One where you get to experience a kind of listening you rarely encounter. A mix of objectivity, care, and straight talk, all with one purpose:
to get you out of inaction.
So no, I can’t offer you a 12-step program for success or promise you the keys to happiness.
You are the only person who can change the course of your life.
But I can help you bring radical clarity to your life, shift your perspective, and turn those insights into real, concrete change.
Intuition
I always listen to my intuition to guide a coaching session and go down paths
that are not always the most obvious.
Safe Space
Coaching works with vulnerability and trust. My goal is to make you feel safe in a space where
judgement does not exist.
Objectivity
Hearing what you need to hear rather than what you want to hear, can simply change your life.
It can (and certainly) will be uncomfortable, but the final result is worth it a hundred times over.
About me
- Originally from Lyon, I’ve been living in Barcelona for the past 10 years with my wife and our little crazy French bulldog.
- My mantra : Flow don’t force. Whether in relationships or projects, I favor everything that happens organically.
- I’ve always loved meaningful conversations — the kind that leave a mark.
That’s what inspired me to create The Onion Talks, a card game designed to take people deeper, spark real connection, and rediscover even those we thought we knew by heart.
- I’ve got into the habit of making drawings to illustrate concepts or random thoughts. I’d love to illustrate a children’s book one day!
- I don’t have any good answers, but you’ll see, I do have excellent questions. And questions are the starting point for all the greatest discoveries!
Now, you know a bit more about me. Thanks for your curiosity!
Why don’t you tell me a bit about yourself?
