There’s nothing worse than the feeling
of losing a sense
of direction.

When we forget why we get up in the morning, a little part of us dies. Like a light that goes out. Often invisible to the eye, but something only we can notice if we pay a little attention.

After almost ten years working in a corporate environment, I couldn’t remember how or why I’d ended up there.

I felt the dissatisfaction that slowly creeps into the everyday life. The one that isn’t painful enough to turn into something concrete but can keep you awake sometimes.

I looked for THE next goal, the next challenge which was going to give me a sense of motivation and achievement for the next six months.

I waited for the next holiday on the other side of the world to take a step back and change my perspective, telling myself that my comfortable lifestyle was too important to be deprioritised.

But, above everything else, I always had the deep conviction that I could do better. So I looked into this notion of ‘better’. What did it mean to me?

I took a first step, then another, which turned into a great exploration. And it was my own. I simply stopped walking down someone else’s path and everything became more exciting:
I became a professional coach, after having spent my life naturally coaching people.

There are probably a thousand ways of defining coaching and it took me a long time to come up with my own definition.

For me, it’s a unique space that allows you to gain from a listening experience unlike any other. An objective, caring and straightforward look with one goal : to get you out of inaction.

So, I can’t offer you a 12-step program for success or promise you the keys to happiness, because you are the only person who can change the course of your life.

However I can help you restore clarity to your life and move towards a vision, one step at a time.

Intuition

I always listen to my intuition to guide a coaching session and go down paths
that are not always the most obvious.

Safe Space

Coaching works with vulnerability and trust. My goal is to make you feel safe in a space where
judgement does not exist.

Objectivity

Hearing what you need to hear rather than what you want to hear, can simply change your life.
It can (and certainly) will be uncomfortable, but the final result is worth it a hundred times over.

About me

  • Originally from Lyon, I’ve now been living in Barcelona for 6 years with my wife and our little crazy bulldog.
  • My mantra : Flow don’t force. Whether in relationships or projects, I favor everything that happens organically.
  • I’ve got into the habit of making drawings to illustrate concepts or random thoughts. I’d love to illustrate a children’s book one day!
  • I’ve kept a diary since elementary school – I guess it’s never too early to start journaling!
  • Entrepreneur – and true nerd about human relationships, I’m currently working on a tool/ice breaker game aimed to facilitate the conversations that matters, and deepen relationships : it’s called The Onion Talks ; don’t hesitate to check it out!

  • I don’t have any good answers, but you’ll see, I do have excellent questions. And questions are the starting point for all the greatest discoveries!
