The major benefits of coaching

Vision

CLARITY

Before getting carried away towards a specific issue, we first work on building a strong vision.

My job is to understand the bigger goal behind your goal . You might have plenty of words to express your thoughts, but it’s your energy that truly shows what you’re striving for.  I’m all ears and eyes for this.

    CHANGE

Once the direction is set and your values clearly on top of your mind we move on to the action plan, which we design together with the help of tools and concepts.

The goal of coaching is to move forward. To go from situation A to situation B in a way that doesn’t betray who you are.

    Objectives reminder

    Support

You can count on me to fully support you during and out of sessions.

To remind you about your commitments and equip you in the best way possible to meet them.

To hold an honest mirror in front of you, with a gentle look.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What’s the difference with therapy?

A coach is not qualified to treat mental health problems, nor to deal extensively with traumas.

Coaching is a form of support that focuses on the present in order to move as effectively as possible towards a future VS therapy, in which the past is explored much more in order to understand the present.

According to my ethics, the line between the two disciplines is clear and I never hesitate to mention it delicately if need be.

How often do the sessions take place?

The frequency is something to be defined together depending on your needs. For example, in the case of salary negotiation, the sessions will be quite frequent (weekly) because the process takes place over a short period of time. Note that we can also change this frequency over time.

If I subscribe to a multi-session package, can I pay in instalments?

Yes, we can discuss this and find the best payment format.

Can I be coached if I don’t have a specific objective?

Coaching is a form of support that aims to help people move from situation A to situation B.

Thus, it’s important to do some personal work beforehand (what does ‘situation B’ look like for me?) so that you can lay the foundations for an effective coaching partnership.

I have fairly rigid working hours. Can we organise the sessions when it’s convenient for me?

Yes, I’m flexible with my time and we can even organise sessions during the weekend.
The most important thing is to identify the time when you will have the maximum mental space to carry out the session in the best possible conditions (noise, fatigue, environment, etc.).

    How many sessions are needed?

I don’t have any specific recommendations in terms of minimum session volume. It depends on each case and each objective.
I like to co-construct the ideal support with each person, remaining flexible about the adjustments needed over time.
