Principles
Involvement
Many have already experienced top-down training sessions, which seemed to be out of touch with reality and current concerns.
Using coaching methods, this training involves the team right from the design stage to co-construct a personalised format, as close as possible to the needs.
Intimacy
My workshops are designed for small teams (+/- 10 people), with the aim of creating an intimate space conducive to genuine sharing and spontaneous interactions.
Individualization
Each member benefits from one hour of individual coaching before the workshop, to enable them to actively reflect on their personal objectives and take a step back from the group.
Continuity
To maximize long-term impact, the program runs for two months, with weekly milestones (team meetings, individual sessions, shadowing, final workshop).
Common
Language
Each team member will complete beforehand the @Energy Leadership Index Assessment in order to build awareness of limiting behaviors at individual and collective levels. (+more details here)
